Sue Schuler moved to The Villages in 2009, and the first thing she looked for was the resident community theater group.  She went to an audition for the VMT production of "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" while her house was being built, and was offered the role of Miss Jones.  That was the first of many productions that Sue has done in The Villages.  Other notable roles that she has done since moving here include Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Laurie in Oklahoma, Betty Hanes in White Christmas, Marta in Company, Cassie in Chorus Line, Fantine in Les Misérables, and Polly Baker in Crazy for You.

Sue and her husband moved here from the Metro Detroit area, where Sue performed in many professional and amateur productions.  She directed and choreographed for many years in the Detroit theater community. 

Sue is also an accomplished choreographer, and has done the choreography for all of the productions that she has directed....as well as musical direction.  Sue is the artistic director of Dance Synergy, and continues to perform with them here in The Villages.
